We wanted our employees to learn from science centers abroad, to get inspired and motivated to implement good practice seen elsewhere into their own work. We also wanted to see different exhibitions and how different science centers approach various topics. Exchanging our experiences and challanges is one of the most valuable things.
We decided to apply for the Erasmus+ project in order to provide our employees the opportunity to see and learn from foreign institutions of a similar character and their good practice. The mobilities are a great opportunity for them to gain different perspective and develop their own skills.
