As City Bound Europe is a network that includes 8 non-governmental organizations that give young people (aged between 14-17 years) the opportunity to meet people from other countries and experience something new with them we sticked to one of the main objectives of the Network linked to other objectives. The project was based on non-formal education and especially adventure-based learning methodology in the city of Prague. By this youth exchange we wanted to achieve to support the youngsters and show them the directions of the EU opportunities. The aim was to give youngsters a space to realise important connection among European countries and to let them think about a citizenship and radicalisation wider than just on local level. The main objectives of the project were: - To build confidence in the idea of “United Europe” among young people and help them to understand the concept of Europe based on tolerance, inclusion, and understanding and preventing the radicalization of young people, by creating an opportunity for building opinions based on personal experience and face to face contact. - To provide a space for the personal growth of young people from all over Europe and support them in the transition from childhood to adulthood by developing their social and civic competences and preparing them to live in an intercultural society. - To raise the creativity of participants and support them to discover their full potential by providing innovative nonformal education opportunities especially focused on adventure-based learning methodology.
