InFormal Creativity is a follow-up and branch of a holistic and complex project “InFormal - integration of non-formal education approach to the formal education system for youth empowerment at the local level”, supported by Erasmus + programme. InFormal Creativity was born from the idea to empower youth workers, trainers, and educators to use interactive and creative methods in education and equip them with skills of graphic facilitation, visual thinking tools, graphic recording, and other tools of visualisation. In order to support & foster the educational process, empower youth motivation, ensure effective communication and increase learning results. And addressing challenges such as intercultural dialogue, educational work with marginalized groups, preventing bullying, hate speech and radicalization of young people and to develop critical thinking abilities. The LTTC objectives: 1) To increase awareness of using visual thinking tools in youth work and formal education 2) To learn what are those tools and how to apply them to concrete educational practice 3) To create a common “graphical vocabulary” that can be shared with more youth trainers and youth workers afterwards 4) To explore different art and graphic techniques and define how they can be useful in formal or non-formal educational environment; 5) To identify what education instruments fit an educator in his personal facilitating style and educational environment; 6) To become more self-expressive and to reduce risks of misunderstanding 7) To learn how to stimulate critical thinking with creative tools 8) To promote non-violent communication by using creative methods and tools 9) To discover the limits and the opportunities for using creative and visual tools in education 10) To share good practices and challenges in using creative and visual tools. This training course consisted of 2 parts.
