We planned the proj. as a two-year proj. Due to the epide. situation, school closures, and measures in the partner countr., we were forced to impl. the proj. only in the school year 2021/2022. Nevertheless, we mana. to carry out the planned acti., although with other partners. We have been preparing mobil. proj. for pupils and staff for many years. There are basi. two main reasons. The first is to gain new knowl. and skills for students to work on other mach. All partic. have the opp. to compare the content of teach. in our school and other Eu. count.. Another adva. is the gain of fore. techno. procedures, draw. docume., and other edu. materials. Gaining exp. in edu. abroad contributes not only to raising qualifi., impr. lang. skills, and knowl. of cultural and social practices, but also to the growth of self-conf. and inde. of both students and staff. It is usual. the first foreign expe. for our students. Another reason for submit. a proj. appl. is the inte. of students in intern. abroad. JS predo. among empl. They can draw on this for their personal development, which is prob. more bene. than teaching or completing a course in a foreign coun. The impl. of the acquired skills into educ. in our school is a matter of course.
