The main goal of this project was the active involvement of pupils and students in internships abroad during their studies or immediately after their completion (ErasmusPro). Another goal was the implementation of a fourteen-day web development course using the HTML language (Web Development with HTML), which was completed by a group of 14 third-year IT students in Dresden, Germany. By implementing the activities, we contributed to the fulfillment of the goal of this project, which is to improve the quality of education of pupils in key competencies and to increase their chances to get the job they would like to do. The goal of the project was also the continuous improvement of the quality of education in foreign languages at our school. During the internship, the students communicated with native speakers and advanced users of the language and improved their understanding of the spoken word and overall spoken interaction. Another goal of the project was to improve the organizational and language skills of the school's staff. During the implementation of the project, we paid attention to the fulfillment of the partial goal of the project in the area of maintaining equal opportunities for all participants.
The main reason was the opportunity to obtain financial and structural support for the implementation of internships and courses abroad for 31 of our students/graduates. Thanks to this support and the structure provided by the Erasmus+ projects, we were able to implement all the activities listed below in the necessary quality and thus fulfill the goals we set for the development of pupils, the school, and our region.
