By implementing the project, we wanted to achieve several goals. Primarily to enable project participants to gain new practical or professional experience and learn about other ways of working in technical or service fields. Other goals include, above all, the opportunity to try teamwork in a foreign environment, to use different or completely new technological procedures at work, which the project participants have not yet actively encountered in their existing domestic workplaces. On the basis of the above-mentioned objectives, we wanted to provide the participants with the opportunity, after the successful implementation of the internship itself, to use the acquired knowledge, skills or knowledge in ordinary study or working life, for example when implementing the professional practice of pupils in domestic partner companies or when teaching theoretical or professional subjects taught by staff who participated in a foreign internship. An equally important aspect is the possibility to use the information obtained in the final exams of students of academic fields, matriculation exams of profile exams of students of fields of study, to incorporate new knowledge or procedures into teaching, or to use them in the future.
The reason for applying for this project is already stated in the name itself - Let's get to know technology and services in Europe!. Our organization wanted to enable students and workers to get to know the technology and services in our partner countries. To provide them with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with new technologies or tools used by foreign partner organizations. As a sending organization, the school submits an application for the project regularly every year, therefore the application was also submitted in 2020 as part of the school's strategic development plan. This fact ensures the consistency and continuity of projects between individual years, and provides our foreign partners with the certainty of annual cooperation, which through this regularity goes from a professional working level to a professionally friendly level, of course, while meeting and ensuring all project rules and standards.
