The project should further increase the number of trainees who complete a stay abroad during their vocational training and thus raise awareness of international experience and competence in vocational training as a whole. Far too few trainees, vocational students, teachers and trainers are still aware of this opportunity to strengthen important skills such as self-confidence, commitment, initiative, etc. in a job-related stay abroad.
The BreMover V project is part of a series of mobility projects that the applicant Bildung im Ausland UG has successfully implemented since 2015. The aim here is to strengthen and promote the international orientation of vocational training in the region of Bremen. The project gave vocational schools and training companies the opportunity to send their vocational students and trainees abroad and to gain important experience there.
