Our main goal is to provide trainees a good insight into the work environment of another European country. The educational staff deepens their professional pedagogical knowledge and transfer this knowledge to their professional activities here in Germany.
One focus of ARBEIT UND LEBEN Thüringen is international education. This makes intercultural learning possible. It is important to us to enable trainees to encounter the everyday life and work structures outside of Germany. With this project we give instructors, educators and teachers the opportunity to explore other educational systems and new pedagogical and didactic approaches in vocational training.
