This project was carried out as the second follow-up project to the "German-Polish Cooperation in Vocational Education and Training" project, which was applied for for the first time in 2016. This project is based on the work of the German-Polish Committee on Education Cooperation, which was formed in 2011. Within this committee, Working Group 2 (AG2) deals with vocational education and training and aims to increase the quality and quantity of vocational mobilities between Germany and Poland. Representatives of the federal states of Bremen, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, North Rhine-Westphalia and Saxony have joined this group in order not only to initiate contacts between German and Polish vocational colleges, but also to support participating schools in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating vocational mobilities. For this purpose, consortium projects were developed in several meetings, which are carried out by the participating committees of the above mentioned federal states. The project "German-Polish Cooperation in Vocational Education and Training" was applied for and implemented by the EU office of the Arnsberg district government as consortium leader.
