The aim of the project at the technical level was to gain new experience, check one's own abilities and skills and gain additional specialist knowledge. Another focus is on gaining self-confidence, also in terms of language. That ability to get in socially integrating foreign working environments was another point that we wanted to achieve. Last but not least, it must be mentioned that we maintain long-standing friendly relationships with our partner institutions and thus the European idea finds practical application.
The project represents the continuation of many years of very good relations. We would like to live the European idea and learn from our neighbours and contribute with our experiences. For us as an educational institution, international exchange is an integral part of our school programme. The participating teachers and pedagogical staff have the opportunity to gain new experiences from their working environment. For the trainees, this should provide the opportunity to test and improve their own skills. Especially in the time after a pandemic-related break in exchange, we feel the need to continue this tradition. We succeeded in doing that for the partnership with Denmark, the partnership with the Netherlands will be revived next year.
