We want to educate our students in a way that they can live in a mobile wols with flexible workplaces and to live the international spirit. Our main focus is to reduce students' mental barriers that they have concerning international job markets and to give them the opportuinities make positive international experiences. Often it's the fear of being far away from home and the parents, the new language or the new culture, that makes it hard for students to go abroad. We want to try to help students to overcome these fears by participation in one of the mobilities offerd by our school.
We are trying to become centtal institution for Erasmus mobilities in East Frisia. After termination of the "IBJ - Internationales Büro Jade" we are now facing the challage to organize international mobilities and partnerships on our own. Colleagues who were also involved in the IBJ are contributing to this by bringing in their knowledge, but due to some organizational reorganizations we also lost some the old colleages and also their experiences an knowlege. We now want to educate our students in a way that they can live in a mobile wols with flexible workplaces and to live the international spirit. It is also important for us to send teachers abroad to give them the oppotunity to profit from international teaching or sitting in classes experiences to improce their teaching back in Germany.
