The aim was to implement 44 mobilities (apprentices and trainers) to partner institutions in CZ, IT, SK, BE, LT, NL and ES and to involve a large pharmaceutical company. This served to achieve pedagogic, technical and organizational goals as well as to increase the participants' skills (technical, linguistic). The mobilities should deepen collaborations to existing partner institutions and establish new ones. This supports the reflection of existing practices and contributes to transnational learning and knowledge and innovation transfer on a personal as well as on a organizational level.
The reasons for applying and for implementing the "hybrid mobility" project were: 1. Supporting the internationalization of initial vocational training, 2. Improving, in particular, the personal and professional skills of the apprentices, 3. Promoting the professional and intercultural skills of trainers, 4. Improving the quality of the mobility measures, 5. reflection on existing teaching and learning methods in practical training, 6. greater use of digital media, and 7. support in the implementation of the Europe 2020 strategy and the Erasmus Education Action Plan 2021-27.
