We wanted to expand our partner network geographically and in terms of content. The therapeutic and nursing professions were our focus in finding new opportunities. Furthermore, we planned to develop in project management, communication, networks, intercultural skills, educational offers, and new business segments. The activities in this project were supposed to help Vividus develop internationally and internally and give young people the opportunity to develop on a professional, linguistic, intercultural, and personal level.
Vividus wanted to develop in different areas. We wanted to establish our education products on the market, optimise our processes, develop the skills of our employees, increase our competitiveness, expand our national and international networks, and last but not least, give young people the opportunity to gain experience abroad. The expansion of our network should bring more diversified offers and productive and interesting exchange, leading to improved educational offers and the optimisation of our processes as well as the employability of our participants. Nowadays, the acquisition of intercultural skills is just as important as the independence that is demanded of the participants of a mobility abroad.
