Background

1. IZAG has a supporting role for the companies. Due to long-standing contacts with companies, educational institutions and mobility consultants, IZAG supports the activities aimed at the personal development of this target group through international training. The implementation of this project made it possible to gain work experience in an international environment. Internships abroad are already firmly integrated into the training system at many companies. For this target group reliable partnerships are needed for a constant continuation of this strategy. This is how the pool project for nationwide industry-wide needs emerged. 2. To create opportunities for training staff from companies to qualify their training activities and to promote the motivation to establish internships abroad as crucial part of vocational education, to promote intercultural and language skills, to gain experience in the HR sphere (recruitment of foreign specialists and integration, welcome strategies) through internships in companies and educational institutions. 3. The staff should also have the opportunity to do internships in educational institutions and companies for the intercultural and language skills needed to support refugees.
