By increasing the number of mobilities and expanding to other departments of our institution, we want to strengthen our pillar of internationalisation at our school. We want the trainees to develop foreign language skills, communicative abilities and improve their skills and professional expertise. Skills that the students gain during stays abroad. To work in a different foreign company will help them to apapt to intecultural environments. It will prepare them for the challenges of digitisation and globalisation. Erasmus + mobilities strengthen their self-organisation and prepare the for the challenge of a constantly and rapidly changing world. We have identified a need among the participants for a technical, linguistic, social and intercultural point of view and want to increase their employability Another goal is internationalisation and professionalisation of our institution.
Vocational training must make a significant contribution to preparing future skilled workers for globalization. Imparting international professional skills is becoming increasingly important. Foreign language skills, intercultural skills, digital skills, key qualifications like team work and self-organization will become increasingly important for professional careers in the future. As a medium-term goal, our school wants to optain a certificate from the district government "Internationale professional mobility " and accreditation to be able to plan our mobilities for long the future. As part of this application, we want to offer the opportunity to do an internship abroad and make it an integral part of the apprenticeship. We want to make our school more attractive in order to secure our location in the long term.
