Objectives

The central goal of our project is to build sustainable cross-border collaboration as a pilot project for future programs. Students are trained, teachers are qualified and international skills are implemented into the dual vehicle training. The trainees and teachers learn other ways of working and rules of conduct in order to sharpen their international profile. They learn about the challenges and solutions brought about by the special climatic conditions of a winter in the far north of Europe. This promotes students' openness to dealing with particular challenges. As a school, we want to get ourselves fit to prepare trainees for international requirements. Looking outside the box and comparing with other European school and training systems should also show other areas in which we can improve.

Background

Our school is located in an economic area with internationally oriented companies. In order to meet the requirements of these companies, we need to sharpen our international profile. Therefore, the cross-cultural and personal development of the students should be strengthened. Your foreign language skills should be deepened and your motivation to learn a foreign language should be strengthened. An exchange about professional training across borders should be introduced and reflection and implementation in one's own training should take place.
