With the help of the internship in an Austrian bakery in Vienna, we enable the students to gain further insight into the professional world of the bakery trade. In addition to the increase in professional skills, the students also gain intercultural and social skills with the help of mobility. They live in an apartment with their classmates, have to get along with each other and coordinate their working hours. The metropolis of Vienna offers many sights to visit. In their hometowns and social structure, these students hardly have a chance to afford a stay in the sense of a vacation abroad.
