Strictly speaking, the professional internship abroad was organized in foreign companies in the fields of construction, business, technology and hospitality for the trainees, and the exchange visits/job shadowings for the educational staff in order to acquire and deepen professional skills, expand competencies, internationality, tolerance, to bring about interculturality, to support cooperation and international collaboration between various actors involved in the project and to show more possibilities/opportunities for young people in a common Europe.
The general intention of “infeba e.V.” was and is to increase the quality development and international potential in vocational training in order to continue active and positive cooperation with our partners and to support each of our club members and mobility participants in their experience abroad. Before the CoVid pandemic, our institution had carried out a successful similar project for trainees and young adults in professional life, which became an example of good practice and thus moved us to further work in the area of professional cooperation with international experience for learners and educational staff.
