The main aim of the project was to enable as many participants as possible in our educational institution (students and teaching staff) to gain professional experience abroad through mobility.
With the implementation of the mobility project, the Richard-Riemerschmid-Berufskolleg pursues four different goals with regard to the development of the trainees. different goals: 1. increasing the professional mobility of the trainees through improved foreign language skills. 2. the development and consolidation of the individual norms and values of the trainees through the confrontation with foreign cultures as a basis for working in creative professions. 3. the development of the intercultural competence of the trainees for better integration into the labour market not only at home but also abroad. 4. the development of professionally relevant skills and techniques as well as the development and expansion of individual professional competences.
