With this project we want to improve the permeability of pedagogical work in Europe. Nevertheless, it is important to us, within the framework of quality assurance, to discuss and critically question different pedagogical concepts and their implementation in practice throughout Europe and to further develop them on the basis of more recent specialist knowledge. In addition, we want to make a contribution to implementing and establishing scientific standards in relation to the image of the child and the view of the client across Europe.
The project is now an integral part of our training curriculum. The mobilities are fully recognized as part of the training within the framework of the training requirements. They serve to acquire professional skills within the framework of educator or curative education nursing training. In addition, the internationalization of our school and the educational staff is important to us. Within the framework of this project, pedagogues of our school and future educators and curative education nurses should be enabled to experience themselves safely and competently in the different European systems and to use their professional skills throughout Europe.
