This project was intended to deepen the experiences already gained and to supplement and continue with new experiences. On the one hand, our on-site trainees should expand their specialist knowledge and increase their wealth of experience. On the other hand, it was important to us that our lecturers exchange, deepen and add new methods, didactics and teaching content. The exchange at European level should further increase the understanding of European cooperation that began in the previous project.
The desire for further exchange was the motivation for carrying out this project. The positive experiences from the previous project and the visible changes that came with it have encouraged us to continue to actively exchange knowledge and experiences.
