The following objectives were the main focus of the project implementation: - Expansion of the technical, but above all also linguistic and human competencies of the participating students. - Internationalization of the school and better cooperation between the teachers in the (training) departments in various (technical) subject areas. - Intensification and better (technical) coordination with the responsible trainers in the local training companies. This should improve vocational training, increase the attractiveness of AGB to domestic /local training companies, and make the school/teachers better qualified to train skilled workers in the future.
The project and the mobilities should advance the individual vocational training as well as further develop the independent development of the (vocational) skills and the language skills of the (vocational) students and teachers. In addition, within the school it should improve the cooperation between the educational programmes and the cooperation with the responsible persons of the training companies. The school must take into account the increasing internationalization of workplaces and try to provide (at least European) mobility for future skilled workers in order to remain attractive to employers on the labor market.
