Objectives

Through the implementation of this project, we aimed to achieve the following objectives: Objective 1: Internationalization of the learning experience Our goal was to provide our participants with opportunities to engage in an international learning experience. By sending our educators and trainers abroad for Erasmus mobilities, we sought to expose them to different cultural contexts, and teaching methodologies. We aimed to broaden their horizons, foster intercultural understanding, and enable them to bring diverse perspectives into our educational programs. And in return, by sending our teachin staff aboard we create the opportunity for the learnes in aboard to benefits from our experiences and knowledge. Objective 2: Professional development for educators and trainers. We aimed to enhance the professional development of our educators and trainers through their participation in the project activities. By attending pre conference workshops in Hungary they could gain new knowledge, skills, and teaching techniques. We aimed to support their continuous growth as educators and trainers, ultimately benefiting the learners in our programs. Objective 3: Networking and collaboration. We sought to establish meaningful connections and collaborations with international partners, institutions, and experts in the field of adult education. By engaging in networking opportunities during the project activities, we aimed to foster exchange, share best practices, and explore potential joint initiatives. We anticipated that these collaborations would contribute to the improvement of our own programs, as well as the development of innovative approaches in adult education. Objective 4: Integration of new skills and methodologies. We intended to integrate the new skills, knowledge, and methodologies acquired through the project activities into our own educational programs. By applying the insights gained from the mobilities, we aimed to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our teaching practices. We wanted to ensure that our learners would benefit from the innovative approaches and best practices that our educators and trainers brought back from their experiences.

Background

We applied for this project under the Erasmus+ program for following reasons: Firstly, as an organization focused on adult education, we recognized the need to internationalize the learning experience for our personal and our participants. We believe that exposure to different cultural perspectives and educational systems enhances the overall educational journey and enriches the skills and knowledge of our learners. Secondly, we acknowledged the importance of professional development for our educators and trainers. By participating in this project our staff members enhance their skills, learn new methodologies, and gain a broader perspective on best practices in adult education. Sending our personnel abroad was not only a valuable opportunity for personal growth, but it also aligned with our organization's goals of continuous improvement and innovation. By acquiring new skills and knowledge, our team members could integrate these insights into our own programs, thereby enhancing the quality and effectiveness of our educational offerings. Furthermore, participating in the Erasmus+ program allowed us to build a network of international contacts and foster collaborations with other educational institutions and organizations. This networking aspect provided an avenue for sharing experiences, exchanging ideas, and establishing partnerships that will lead to future joint projects and initiatives.
