Objectives

1. Deepening the skills and competencies of the employees involved 2. Promotion of diverse opportunities for cooperation, cooperation and the development of interaction with EU partners 3. Visibility for internationalization Our employees should first be trained in a course in order to get to know, deepen and apply new digital methods. The job shadowing serves as an exchange of good practice and for shadowing in order to support lecturers and teachers in the implementation and application in the classroom. In this way, we increase the professionalism of our employees. Based on the planned activities in the foreign training courses, we develop new theoretical and practical knowledge. This new knowledge was put into practice, tested and further developed at the Ravensburg site. The participants in the foreign training courses also served and still serve as multipliers for other CJD employees and honorary staff. There were several instructions on innovative digital methodology and didactics and on dealing with digital media. This is how the desired transfer of what was learned and deepening and testing in the projects and in the language course area took place.

Background

The first step was the internationalization of our institution. This took place at different levels in the areas of personnel, organizational and service development. Specifically, this means: 1. The professionalization of the educational staff: The use of new digital media and the innovative methodology and didactics were trained. 2. Organizational development: Here we wanted to establish digital transformation as a process. At the level of the European Union, we were looking for partnerships on an equal footing, for mutual inspiration, common development of values and for joint shaping of the European educational area. 3. The development of offers: Due to the demographic change in Germany, we wanted to increase the attractiveness of our offers on the European job market. Our offers should be designed in such a way that they have a lasting effect. We are continuously developing our portfolio of offers in order to participate in the European market and thus increase our competitiveness. We are particularly interested in the innovative and digital approach of schools/institutions in the EU countries. In this way, learning is independent of time and place and flexibly adapted to the living conditions of the participants.
