The project aim was to learn from best practice examples of another institution, thus professionalizing the own company and expanding the competencies of the employees as well as integrating them into the daily work routine. In addition, the first European partnerships were to be established and a European mindset was to be built up among the entire workforce. Finally, the trip was planned in teams so that SuperCode employees develop a stronger team feeling.
SuperCode wanted to do an Erasmus+ mobility project because the institute saw many learning areas and potentials in it. As a still very young institute, we wanted to learn from a more mature institution and professionalize ourselves through knowledge and competence building. In addition, this project was to be the entry into a European orientation and as a start of further EU partner projects.
