With the above project, our organization, BBS Syke EUROPASCHULE, had several key objectives that we aimed to achieve: 1. Enhance Vocational Training: We sought to provide our students and apprentices with enhanced vocational training experiences by exposing them to international contexts, different teaching methods, and diverse workplace environments. 2. Professional Development: Our goal was to facilitate the professional development of our teachers by allowing them to participate in training and job shadowing activities abroad. We aimed to help them acquire new skills and knowledge that could benefit our educational institution. 3. Promote International Cooperation: We aimed to foster international cooperation by collaborating with partner organizations from different countries. Through these partnerships, we aimed to share best practices in vocational education and contribute to the broader objectives of ERASMUS+. 4. Contribute to ERASMUS+ Goals: We wanted to align our project with the goals and priorities of the ERASMUS+ program, which include promoting mobility, enhancing the quality of education, and supporting the development of a skilled and competitive workforce in Europe. 5. Avoid Past Misunderstandings: To ensure the smooth implementation of the project, we aimed to avoid misunderstandings that had arisen in the previous project. This included being cautious with short-term mobilities that were less than 10 days (as applied and granted) to prevent any non-granted mobilities and financial issues. To summarize the above one can say that our primary goal was to enrich the educational experiences of our participants, strengthen international ties, and contribute to the broader objectives of the ERASMUS+ program while learning from past experiences to ensure successful project implementation.
