As a vocational college in a rural area, we are an important partner in contributing to our region's internationalisation. It is therefore particularly important to us to enable as many learners from all educational fields and levels, teaching staff and others involved in education and training as possible to participate in high-quality mobilities, but also to disseminate international, especially European, ideas. In addition to improving personal skills, the participants bring new impulses to the classroom, the school, companies and institutions and the region and act as multipliers for openness and innovation.
As a vocational college in the middle of a rural district, we would like to play a decisive role in shaping its development. Without our initiative, many participants would hardly have the opportunity to spend longer periods abroad, as the majority of our partners are small and medium-sized companies and institutions without any international (business) contacts.
