The actual goal, like every year, was to give even more trainees the opportunity to do internships. Corona did not achieve these goals, but at least we made a start again last year. Interest is looking much better this year. These mobilities only served to slowly restart Erasmusü+ and to motivate the young people to do internships abroad again.
The project is part of our charter goals. Corona slowed us down quite a bit. We are glad that we were still able to do half of the mobility in the project. The mobilities are part of the internationalization strategy. Thus, the internships of the trainees are already institutionalized and the further training and job shadowing are also very popular in the area of teachers and trainers. The involvement of the company trainers creates a close connection to the companies, which is particularly helpful for taking on foreign trainees from our partner schools.
