With the flows to Ireland we put our focus on how to handle diversity and a wide range of knowledge in the classroom. Additionally, based on the QmbS concept (quality management for vocational schools) we wanted to tap into the knowledge and experience of our colleagues in Adamstown CC and to learn about concepts and strategies which can be adapted to our structures in BS II Bamberg. With the flows to Spain we wanted to prepare upcoming flows for the vocational plus programme.
We had planned this project with two flows. One was meant as a follow-up project to the flow in 2020 to Adamstown Community College, Ireland. The other one was meant to be in preparation for sending students to Spain who take part in a vocational plus programme called "European Hotel Management"
