The requested training measures should enable the high-quality development of teaching and learning environments at MEG as well as the travel program on both content and structural levels. This includes the advancement of teaching methods in traditional learning environments, as well as in multimedia learning environments and extracurricular learning settings, which also encompass exchanges and school trips. The goal is to achieve continuous enhancement of staff competencies, ultimately leading to positive impacts on the student body.
In the course of the changes associated with the extension of the school duration to G9, the school profile of Max Ernst Gymnasium should be adapted and optimized to meet the new requirements. Structurally, this will be achieved through the realignment of elective subjects and areas of specialization on the one hand, and the redesign of the travel and exchange programs on the other hand within the scope of this project.
