In order to be and remain sustainable, BBS 1 would like to give its students a better European awareness in all areas and to carry out more international cooperation in the coming years. Therefore, one of the goals relevant to the project (internationalization, intercultural competence) was geared towards the needs of those colleagues who want to make greater efforts in international cooperation. The development areas that were to be addressed were the development and expansion of skills in project management and monitoring as well as intercultural communication and in the area of foreign language acquisition. In addition, as partners in dual training, we always have to meet the requirements of the training companies. Therefore, the teaching staff must constantly expand their subject-specific skills, bring them up to date and expand their teaching and learning methods.
