Objectives

1) (New) methods in the field of differentiation should be proved, checked out and implemented. 2) Related to practice communicative competencies of the teachers with heterogenous and internatonal students should be put across and intensified. 3) Bilingual options should be proved, checked, implemented and developed.

Background

In 2019 our school passed a concept about diagnosis, differentiation and inclusion. The concept should be evaluated with the help of European mobilities and cooperation within the frame of the Erasmus+ project and should be developed at international level. With the help of the project we wanted to learn about well-tried international procedures and methods in diagnostics, differentiation and inclusion, we wanted to evaluate their practicability locally and we wanted to implement and integrate them as a daily routine at school to promote and challenge our heterogenous student`s clientele as good as possible. The scholarships for outstanding students should be expanded and the internal differentiation for weak students should be improved, for example, migrants and students with special educational needs. The methods which were part of the concept about diagnosis, differentiation and inclusion should be intensified and further developed for daily school lessons, e.g. to increase the student`s motivation for active cooperation.
