Our project focused on practice-relevant impulses in the core areas of organisational development, staff development and optimisation of teaching. In multi-professional cooperation, we worked intensively to form teams from diverse disciplines that work together efficiently. In an all-day organisation, our concern was creating a coherent educational offer through multi-professional processes and transparent communication. The rhythmisation focused on optimising the school day by harmonising regular teaching and supplementary care services. Our efforts in the teaching and learning processes aim to provide learners with tailor-made offers and strengthen their competencies in independent, cooperative and problem-oriented learning. The self-image of the teachers was particularly important to us. The importance of lifelong learning for educators should be emphasised here. We also saw our schools as hubs in an educational network, where efficient networking with external partners was essential to provide a holistic educational experience.
The project "Shaping all-day school with multi-professional teams" was initiated by the Regional School Supervision and nine primary schools from Berlin-Reinickendorf with 4,500 pupils. Despite their varied starting points, they aimed to develop a unified understanding of multi-professional collaboration in the all-day provision. Various professions often operate side by side in Berlin's primary schools. The project sought to foster deep, appreciative cooperation. This centred on restructuring, developing new working tools, and promoting communication between the professions.
