"On audacious paths into the future" had two main targets: - development of our pedagogical work. - development of our international cooperation; further development of English language skills Especially independance and learning activity of pupils is important for us. This is why we visited schools where independant ways of learning are promoted. These schools implement this for example by weekly/monthly plans, a synopsis or an overview of learning targets and how the children can archieve them. What is more, skills of digital learning are also important for our pedagogical staff during afternoon support. This is why two adults took place in a tablet course and shared their new knowledge with the rest of their team. In order to develop our international cooperation even further it is indispensible that staff members feel at ease when communicating in English. That is why there were several English courses booked by our staff.
Hans Alfred Keller School is a primary school which is on it's way to become future proof. To rethink, reflect upon and professionalise pedagogical work, profile and attitude towards teaching and learning are important for us every day. Topics of interkultural learning and of inclusion are especially important due to our colourful school community. They promote our advantage in becoming future proof. We visited schools during this Erasmus+ project in order to experience and learn their teaching and learning methods. The focus lay on independance and activity in learning. In order to promote cooperation and partnership with our international friends some teachers visited language courses in English. What is more there were tablet courses visited by two persons of afternoon support staff.
