Objectives

The ultimate goal is that the school development, that has already been undertaken, is continued and expanded. The 17 SDGs are a connecting element here. In the field of teaching development, we would like to involve the school environment more closely, so learning in other places and learning in projects is a new profile that should be developed. In this field, the topic of sustainability should also be included in lesson development. The path taken in the area of linking with European partner schools for both exchanges and projects is to be expanded. Contact with the partner schools has become easier thanks to the implementation of digital content in lessons that has already begun. But there is always a need for further training among new colleagues and new developments in the area of digitalization should of course be followed and disseminated. We therefore strive to further expand the area of digitalization and improve the coordination of training.

Background

Since we have been on the path to comprehensive further development of the school in recent years, we would like to continue our training in some of the school development areas as part of this project. First of all, there is the field of digitalization. Therefore, more teachers should receive further training in the area of tablet use. We had started to incorporate the 17 sustainability goals into our activities. In order to be able to integrate the topic of sustainability into our curriculum, colleagues should receive further training in this area. In addition, we would like to strengthen the area of teaching in the school environment and build this as a new profile. Therefore, colleagues should be trained in the area of outdoor learning and environmental learning. Due to the diversity of the students in our school community, individual teaching and instruction is necessary. We also need further training in this area in order to continue the teaching development processes that have already been initiated. We would like to send colleagues for further training.
