The exchange with foreign schools on digital topics was important in many ways. Many important impulses for digital teaching and digitality in schools were gained by the time spent at another school. This exchange was also an exchange of experience and without lifelong learning, continuous development, change, that is important, otherwise you will not get any further professionally. This type of project enriches the teaching profession and is the only way to keep up with the SuS and meet the current requirements. It was great to have a look to the local insights, to get important impulses for digital teaching and digitality in schools and especially for our school were gained. This project also implements a new student exchange: The target group of FLS Ulm is the business school and the first year of the business school. Exchanges are planned with WFO/Meran, KSG/Tallinn, Tietgen/Odense and Askoy/Bergen. The entry classes of the flat will be integrated.
As a school, we want to face the digital age. The aim of our project is to improve the quality of teaching at our school through digital opportunities. Through our Erasmus+ project, within the framework of Teacher Mobility, we hope to generate new ideas and insights through other methodological and didactic approaches that digital media bring with it. Above all, we want to use the knowledge gained in our teaching and pay special attention to interdisciplinary teaching, which can lead to new projects. Through the internships in the various subjects, we hope to gain important insights in the field of “CT – digitization”. Through the pedagogical exchange at our EU partner schools, we hope to improve methodological and didactic skills, which include an expansion of the methodological repertoire and teaching aids as well as an increased reflection on our own pedagogical actions.
