Objectives

We had two aims: 1 We wanted to become more self-confident when using apps and tools in order to manage the digital transformation at our school; 2 We felt that we needed to learn and adapt more techniques of positive thinking and acting in order to stay healthy and to motivate one another as well as our students.

Background

There were two reasons for doing this project: 1 Our school was able to get state funding for its digitalisation, so our colleagues were keen on learning more about digital tools including extra training in putting them into practice, i.e. extending their digital competence, also in order to facilitate the learning situation for students with special needs. 2 Staying fit - despite full-time teaching, sometimes at two schools at the same time. We needed to know more about best practice techniques when it comes to relieve stress and tension with an option to motivate students to do likewise.
