The project was intended to foster the pedagogical attitude of our professionals towards a co-constructive and accompanying attitude. To initiate this transformation process, 50 job shadowings were to be carried out in other European countries. The participants should reflect on their pedagogical attitude and learn to implement co-constructive learning arrangements and educational offers independently in their institutions of origin. The educational offers should be based on Maker Activities. In addition, the participants acted as multipliers and reported on their experiences and findings in working groups, team meetings and specialist days.
