It was found necessary to achieve the following objectives: To strengthen the handling of diversity and heterogeneity in the classroom, to develop the ICT skills of teachers and students and to improve the quality of education through internationalization. In addition, increasing the quality of teaching by promoting the professional and personal skills of our teaching staff. The aim of the project was to promote the common values of freedom, tolerance and non-discrimination, to improve the quality of teaching and therefore training and internationalization and to enable the professional development of school staff, to improve qualifications, to improve the educational process through mobility to integrate and expand acquired skills. We looked for opportunities for European cooperation to modernize and internationalize our educational work. To this end, it was planned to carry out further training on teacher health, digitalization and methodological and technical expertise in the catering and hotel industry, as well as job shadowing and internships in partner schools and companies in Norway and France, among others.
The need for the vocational school 2021 project arose from the strategic action plan and the internationalization strategy of BS II Regensburg. Our mission was to address the following points: 1. establish and further develop communication and cooperation with EU institutions, 2. Develop new education and training techniques to increase the academic success of the institution, 3. To represent our country on the international stage, to make it known abroad, to bring participants from EU institutions to our country, 4. To develop sustainable cooperation, to participate in the EU education network, to accelerate integration - to make a contribution, 5. Ensure that the staff participating in the mobilities are informed about social and cultural aspects and contribute to their personal development, 6. To train more inclusive, diverse, environmentally conscious and digitally adapted employees and participants/students. Our school's vision is to advocate for international excellence in education, promote intercultural understanding and bring about positive change in society.
