1 Digitization of teaching: The aim of this project was to enable teachers at our school to teach students key ICT skills and to enable them to create their own products and engage critically with the digital world. 2 Foreign language teaching: Teachers are expetected to maintain near nativeness in their own language and also constantly improve and adapt their teaching to meet the needs of the diversity of their students. In addition, courses in other countries held in the English language also promote language competence among non-foreign language teachers so that they can easily participate in Erasmus+ projects. In addition, the teacher training courses in Europe are always about finding partners for future cooperation in Erasmus+ school projects.
1 Development of the digitalization of teaching: Our school has the ambition to develop constantly in the area of digitalization, but also in the area of foreign language teaching. With the introduction of iPads from year 5 onwards from the 2020/21 school year, the school "steering group" and the media group of our school are intensively dealing with the opportunities and risks of the digitization of teaching and are bringing suggestions and proposals for improvement to the school. In addition to constantly updating the media concept, the work of the school's committees also focuses on reflecting on the influence of digital media on the learning process in order to introduce children to responsible use of digital and social media. In this context, two colleagues were able to undergo further training on the topic of gamification of teaching as part of the project, in order to elicit opportunities for this method and introduce it into teaching. The method is aiming at making lessons lively and to motivate students for learning. 2 Development of foreign language teaching: The ongoing development of foreign language teachers through visits to countries of the students' target language and through exposure to new teaching methods is among the school's other concerns. In addition, exposure to the culture of the region in which the training takes place is also important for foreign language teaching.
