The intra-European exchange as well as the intercultural competence of teachers should be improved. Furthermore, the willingness to use innovative concepts in the area of "individual support through digital media" should be increased, following the example of other European educational institutions. In addition, it was also a concern to present and, if necessary, sharpen their own concepts within vocational education and training. In concrete terms, the training courses were intended to help the respective colleagues to make their lessons more varied, to establish a connection to the students' world and thus to promote their interest, to improve the teachers' skills in dealing with individual support using digital media and, last but not least, to actively support the learning of new teaching and learning methods.
The topic of individual support through the use of digital media is absolutely essential for us as a vocational school with a technical profile. For their part, the selected colleagues represent the diversity of our school, which ranges from vocational training to the general baccalaureate. The results of the mobilities to different European countries provide a diverse picture of the application of individual support with the help of digital media in the classroom and support us in improving our own teaching concepts and further developing the quality standards of our school. The intra-European exchange as well as the strengthening of the intercultural competence of our teachers was furthermore a concern that was fulfilled throughout. The newly acquired competences of our teachers should lead to maintain the exchange in the future, respectively to improve the dialogue with educational institutions from other European countries and to multiply these experiences within the college in order to increase the readiness for exchange and the application of innovative concepts.
