The Erasmus+ project of the Realschule Regen aimed to support teachers in establishing and accompanying individual learning processes through new media and to inspire enthusiasm for models carried out in European countries which research has proven to be conducive to learning or motivation. Networks for exchanging knowledge across borders on teaching and didactics are to be created to promote intercultural competence among students. Conferences and workshops are organized to facilitate the exchange with other schools within and outside of Germany and to share the acquired knowledge and experience. Consequently, the project made an important contribution to creating a common foundation and positively shaping the future of Europe.
The Realschule Regen has carried out an Erasmus+ project to support teachers in establishing and accompanying individual learning processes through new media and to inspire enthusiasm for models carried out in European countries which research has proven to be conducive to learning or motivation. The Realschule Regen has a leading role in promoting reading, which they would like to share with other schools within and outside of Germany. By incorporating evidence-based measures and university research experience, they plan to increase their chances of success. Additionally, they aim to enable their teachers to establish and accompany individual learning processes through new media, to learn from other schools and thus optimize their own learning environment. The exchange on teaching and didactics is to lead to the creation of networks. In this context, understanding of other cultures and growing openness to new ideas is brought to the forefront.
