1) Strengthening our profile by enhancing the European projects with the help of more language proficiency 2) Including young colleagues in the European projects to motivate the younger generation of teachers for European cooperation 3) Making sure that the European projects will be continued in the future by sharing responsibilities and by enhancing language proficiency 4) Improving the language competence of all colleagues and especially for the bilingual subject of "virtual company" 5) Improving the teachers' knowledge concerning "digitalization" with the aim that they can use all our digital tools at school on a very high level and to have the knowledge to teach in our new iPad-classes 6) Improving teachers' health by passing on knowledge from the training course about teachers' health to colleagues 7) Improving the quality of counseling within the field of "coping with stress, resilience and developing more self-confidence"
We wanted to strengthen our economic profile in which the European idea is very important. Apart from that, we wanted our teachers to gain more competences as well as to keep up their motivation and their mental an physical fitness for their job („Fit-4-our-job“). Our profile includes putting into practice European projects on a high level, a successful school life in full-day classes and a professional realization of digitalization. That is why our goal was to enhance our knowledge and abilities in the area of digitalization and the English language competence with the help of this project. In addition, it was extremely important to us to consolidate the professional and the methodical competences within the field of teachers‘ health. The topic of preventive healthcare – represented by the counsellor and the school psychologist of our school – means a lot to us as a school. The counsellor and the school psychologists offer regular trainings about that topic. With the help of training courses and the exchange of ideas with other European colleagues both teachers were able to enhance their knowledge and their competence considerably. In that way all colleagues could profit from the knowledge that was gained.
