Background

At Fichte Gymnasium, we are engaged in a school development process aimed at expanding educational equity for our culturally and socioeconomically diverse students in the European context. We aim to strengthen our organizational development, qualify teachers in the areas of equitable education and health promotion, and develop interdisciplinary strategies for sustainable learning. This Erasmus+ KA1 project enables us to engage in international knowledge exchange and integrate both established and innovative practices into our educational strategies.
