On the other hand, against the background of climate change, the pressure to migrate, the shortage of skilled workers and the digital transformation, the need to become involved as a citizen in the European community of values is shown. Well-trained, competent skilled workers and responsible personalities guarantee meaningful participation in economic success. On the one hand, the project "generation 4C - communicative, critical, creative and collaborate" (IP&IE) addressed the constant technical change in vocational training. On the other hand, against the background of climate change, migration pressure, the shortage of skilled workers and digital transformation, the need to get involved as citizens in the European community of values was demonstrated. Well-trained, competent skilled workers and responsible individuals guarantee a stable European Union through meaningful participation in economic success.
