The project "Let’s Change the World" aims to make students aware of the importance of their actions in the environment. To do this, the project aims first to raise awareness, to involve students both in the analysis of their school and their neighborhood so that they can then create an action plan with their peers and finally be aware of the environmental footprint they can achieve.
The project "Let's Change the World" was able to enhance participants' awareness of climate protection by addressing common ecological issues across borders. Within the framework of this project, the different actions required due to varying geographical locations and different existing conditions in resource management were uncovered. The students developed country-specific action options, analyzed advantages and disadvantages, and assessed the feasibility for their own communities. With the help of experts and at various learning locations, all students developed an interest in questioning their own ecological footprint and adjusting their personal behaviors
