Youth exchange ‘EMPOWERING THROUGH STORYTELLING’ will be implemented in Ankara, Turkey coordinated by Succes For All from Germany We believe that youth exchange "EMPOWERING THROUGH STORYTELLING" will produce following outcomes that are in line with expected outcome of Key Action 1: Learning Mobility of Individuals for 2020: - enhanced employ-ability and improved career prospects; Youth exchange will provide the participants an opportunity to develop set of competencies and skills (communication, presentation, writing, creativity) that they can used at their daily life and also that they can apply in job seeking process. - Increased self-empowerment and self-esteem; By presenting the stories in foreigner language and by working in mix-intercultural teams the participants will become more self-confident and open minded. - Enhanced intercultural awareness and better awareness of the European project and the EU values; Learning about other cultures will be one of the key themes of the youth exchange. The participants will have an opportunity to explore cultures of participating countries and learn about the importance of respecting diversity and solidarity. - Increased motivation for part in future education; Youth exchange will provide the participants an opportunity to learn more about Erasmus + and the opportunities that this programme offers to young people.
