The values of human rights, non-violence and gender equality can be neither imposed nor simply advertised; they have to be accepted and respected in real life. The role of youth workers in this respect is very important. By giving youth workers proper tools, we would like to equip youth with skills to tackle specific problems in their communities, to understand people, who are offended, discriminated or their rights are violated in any other way. By providing this experience for youngsters, we can foster tolerance and respect, which will make the world a better place. In order to achieve the aims and objective of the project is very important to organize 2 youth Mobility Activities: (A1)Training course 05-12 July, Germany (A2) Seminar 1-5 September, Germany Also by organizing this project we would like to promote “9 steps in working for gender equality and young women empowerment" and the network for "Women Self-Help Group" ( Power of Education -2019-2-DE04-KA105-018096)
