In our work experience we met people involved in implementing international youth exchanges, seminars, EVS projects, who shared with us their doubt–what to do when my participant finds it too challenging to take active part in the project? Or coming in conflict with other participants? We believe, that conflict, used controlled as a method, has proven to be a strong tool in various gatherings, trainings and seminars. Learning means change. It means change how we think and how we act. It involves alerting our mental process, expanding and adapting our behaviours and reviewing our habits. Using and interacting and experiential approach makes it much more likely that people may implement CR (conflict resolution) attitudes in their working place, community and personal lives. The project is for youth workers who works with young people daily, also have implemented youth exchanges or trainings and feel the need to improve their understanding and ability to deal with potential conflict that can arise. It will bring about an integrated approach to conflict management for youth workers active in national, regional and the larger local organisations. It will discuss conflict and the conflict management in a holistic way, meaning that all stages of the conflict will be addressed, starting from the conflict within oneself to the biggest and most uncontrolled way of conflict.
