Our objectives were; -To compare the social, economic and legal situations and problems of women in our country with partner countries, to analyze, to identify needs and to propose solutions and to emphasize the importance of gender equality - To draw attention to the living and working conditions of women in local and international platforms and to emphasize the problems and needs we have identified - To transfer the experience and knowledge between participating organizations on women's work, to benefit from their experiences - To do need-problem analysis and to put forward solutions - To increase the knowledge and awareness of our participants on women's rights, economic, social status, political life, etc. - To make our male participants empathize and try to understand women - To examine the effects of different characteristics in social life on the situation of women -To ensure that the participants in the project become aware of the status of women in the society and engage in activities in their countries and in Europe and make women's voices more prominent in the social life in the future - to give the participants the ability to deal with intercultural conflicts by interacting with each other culturally - To increase the awareness and understanding of the participants about women in other cultures and countries, to ensure the active participation of women in democratic life and society in Europe, ensure that men support them in this process and develop an understanding of European citizenship and identity.
